In that blog, our focus was primarily on what international partners were doing to monitor the effects of COVID-19 on essential health services. What we didn’t highlight is the increasingly detailed evidence emerging from countries themselves, which paints a varied picture of national policy responses to the pandemic and the impacts of those responses.
