Samuel Matthews is a research assistant for the Sustainable Development Finance team with a particular focus on public sector debt sustainability. He previously worked at an investment firm and interned with the Project on Prosperity and Development at the Center for Strategic and International Studies. Samuel attended the Catholic University of America where he received a bachelor’s in International Economics and Finance and a master’s in Integral Economic Development Management.
