Shelby Bourgault

Shelby Bourgault was a research associate with the gender and development program at the Center for Global Development. Prior to joining CGD, she was the program associate for gender, economic empowerment, and livelihoods at the International Center for Research on Women, where her work focused on collective bargaining, care work, informal labor, and digital financial inclusion. Bourgault holds an MSc in Gender, Development & Globalization from the London School of Economics and a BA in International Relations and East Asian Studies from Connecticut College.
