Sean Andrada is the Talent Acquisition Specialist at the Center for Global Development. He started his career in agency recruiting before diving into corporate Talent Acquisition in 2019 with Lidl US. He is experienced in full-cycle recruitment, handling all Talent Acquisition affairs from start to finish. He prides himself on white-glove customer service for potential new hires, and quick turnaround time to ensure candidate experience is always upheld at a premium level. He has also worked as a Program Coordinator for an education company, responsible for the organization and execution of two summer conferences, National Security (located in Washington DC) and Advanced Law and Trial (located at Stanford University).
Sean enjoys staying active, food, and playing soccer / basketball. He graduated from SUNY Plattsburgh with BA in Marketing and is currently studying for his ACE Fitness Certification to be a certified Personal Trainer.
