Sara Godfrey joined CGD in Europe in April 2019 and serves as the Director of Operations and Human Resources. She has over ten years of experience in international development, policy, governance and operations, project and programme management and human resource management. Godfrey holds a Masters from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
