Quality of Official Development Assistance (QuODA) is a tool for comparing performance across dimensions of aid quality across 49 of the largest bilateral and multilateral agencies. QuODA provides a quantitative assessment of providers efforts where they have made commitments and where evidence and experience suggest lead to better development outcomes.
QuODA 2021 is composed of 17 indicators grouped into four dimensions: Prioritisation, Ownership, Transparency & Untying, and Evaluation. For more information, please see the methodology, results brief, or visit our main QuODA page to download the data. You can also read the launch blog and view the launch event.
We are currently in the process of producing an updated QuODA for 2027. If you’d like to learn more please get in touch.
