On November 28, 2022, the OECD will release the Multilateral Development Finance 2022 report which sheds new light on this system’s funding and activities. It tracks changes in the donor landscape and resource availability in the midst of ongoing crises. The report evaluates the system’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic, its distribution of official development assistance, and capacity for green finance. It concludes with a series of recommendations for how the system can be improved.

This event, co-hosted by CGD and the OECD, will include a presentation of the report by Haje Schütte. A panel discussion will follow by Karen Mathiasen, Mikaela Gavas, and Amy Dodd with moderation by Nancy Lee.
