The Development Implications of Iraq's Debt

The Center hosted a Development Matters event on the likely outcome and development implications of Iraq's debt. Fredrick Barton, a Senior Adviser in the International Security Program and Co-Director of the Post-Conflict Reconstruction Project at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS), Mary Goodman, with Moore Capital Strategies Group and former U.S. Treasury Paris Club Debt Negotiator and Michael Kremer, a Professor of Economics at Harvard University and a Non-Resident Fellow at the Center for Global Development (CGD) offered their insights in a not for attribution discussion.
