Please join the Center for Global Development for a virtual conversation on the margins of the US-Africa Leaders Summit featuring Dr. Akinwumi Adesina, President of the African Development Bank. President Adesina will deliver brief remarks on the importance of strengthening multilateralism, evolving the global financial architecture, and the opportunities for advancing the partnership between the United States and Africa. He will then be joined by CGD Senior Policy Fellow, Gyude Moore to discuss the Bank’s work to support African countries grappling with a range of challenges, from food insecurity and the threat of climate change to persistent infrastructure financing gaps and limited energy access.
