Using QuODA for Australia’s Aid Review

The Australian government is currently performing a review of its aid program, led by an independent panel and scheduled to be completed in April 2011. To contribute to an important discussion initiated by the Australia-based Lowy Institute for International Policy on its new blog, Interpreting the Aid Review, Nancy Birdsall and I offered some suggestions on how our Quality of Official Development Assistance (QuODA) Assessment can be used to inform decisions about Australia’s new policies.
