Gordon Brown Says Growing Interest in Advance Market Commitments

Gordon Brown said on Monday that there is growing interest in advance purchase commitments to buy a malaria vaccine. The UK Finance Minister was speaking on the occasion of being awarded a Commitment to Development Award by the Center for Global Development and Foreign Policy Magazine.According to Reuters, he said:

"We, Britain, are ready to come behind this and I believe there are other countries willing to do this."
