Jared Kalow supported research on development finance and CGD's US Development Policy initiative. Prior to joining CGD, he interned at Innovations for Poverty Action in Senegal, supporting the evaluation of urban sanitation interventions. He also conducted independent research on the role of NGOs in addressing suburban flooding in Dakar, Senegal. He graduated from Pomona College in 2015 with a BA in Public Policy Analysis and a minor in French.
