Christelle is a program associate with the global education team. Prior to joining CGD, she worked as an educator domestically as well as abroad in both Thailand and Hondruas. During her graduate studies, in which she focused on eduation policy and research, she co-authored a chapter on using radio education to mitigate climate change in Haiti in a book published by Springer on the role of universities in education and climate change. She was repsonsible for managing the CGD Education Policy Tracker on how education systems around the world responded to the pandemic. She earned an M.Ed in International Eduation Policy from the Harvard Graduate School of Education and a BA from The George Washington University.
