Morgan Pincombe joined CGD in June 2021 as a program coordinator with the Global Health Policy team. Prior to joining CGD, she served as a Research Fellow with the Project on International Peace and Security, where she researched exploitative fishing in the Gulf of Guinea. She also studied the effectiveness of COVID-19 lockdown policies across countries of different income levels with the Global Research Institute at William & Mary. She interned with Operation Smile and with the Global Research and Advocacy Group, a public health research organization based in Dakar, Senegal. Pincombe holds a BA in international relations with a minor in public health from William & Mary.
