Claire Manley

Claire Manley is a research assistant working with senior fellow Michael Clemens and Thomas Ginn on migration and international displacement. She graduated from the University of Michigan with a BA in Economics and a minor in Political Science. Prior to joining CGD, she interned at the Foreign Service Association and produced research at the University of Michigan focused on poverty alleviation policies in developing nations.
