The impact that trade has on the food we eat is a basic concern. Both in terms of quantity and quality, the availability of food is critical in terms of security and health. What affect do imported foods have on the disease prevalence in developing countries? Does imported food have a certain affect on chronic diseases? What are the major underlying issues?
