Fighting corruption in big ticket infrastructure is a constant concern for governments and donors, but is often ignored in service delivery efforts like health where investments are meant to improve people's lives. Often underestimated, this presentation will review the evidence on governance and corruption in health care delivery across the developing world, offering possible measures and evidence to illustrate the nature and extent of the problem, as well as effective interventions to deal with the challenges in the sector.
