Launch of The Center for Global Development

The Center for Global Development was launched with a lunch reception and panel discussion. Panelists included Gene Sperling, former White House National Economic Advisor and Director of the National Economic Council; Rev. David Beckmann, President of Bread for the World; Rima Khalaf Hunaidi, the Assistant Administrator and Regional Director for the Arab States of UNDP; and Sebastian Mallaby, the Washington Post editorial page columnist. This event was co-sponsored with the Institute for International Economics.
