Rep.'s Jim Kolbe and Denny Rehberg shared their impressions of the MCC’s work with candidate countries from their recent trip to Senegal and Benin. Their perceptions from the field and views on the MCC and other foreign assistance programs will provide the basis for discussion and debate on the successes and challenges of the MCC to date. The discussion was moderated by Steve Radelet, Senior Fellow and head of the MCA Monitor at the Center for Global Development.
