The Education Outcomes Fund aims to pool $1 billion to support governments to pay for results in education and youth employment over the next decade. Jared Lee will talk about the case for results-based finance and the role that impact bonds can play in the education sector. He will discuss the EOF’s approach, how it will deliver and demonstrate results, what differentiates it from others and how the fund fits within the global education finance architecture.
