Panel event chaired by David Laws MP and hosted by the Overseas Development Institute and the All Party Parliament Group on Overseas DevelopmentWednesday February 22, 17:30--19:00, London: seminar hosted by the London International Development Centre and the International Initiative for Impact Evaluation (3ie).
