Nigeria at Risk of £17bn Default

Proposals for Nigerian debt relief are gaining traction in Europe. Work by CGD Research Fellow Todd Moss is helping to shape that debate, as reported by the Guardian in Nigeria at Risk of £17bn Default. Moss has proposed two possible areas for action, changing Nigeria’s IDA status, and a discounted debt buyback.
