Enhancing Access to Financial Services in Latin America

The Latin American Shadow Financial Regulatory Committee (CLAAF) met at CGD and issued its 15th statement: "Enhancing Access to Financial Services in Latin America." They recommended three types of policies for providing small and medium enterprises and ordinary people with better access to financial services: creating markets, facilitating expansion of profitable financial activities, and expanding the demand for financial services.
